Pieces are produced per order with custom trims, so cancelling mid-way leaves fabric unusable. To keep drops sustainable we therefore keep every purchase locked.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for size swaps, preference changes, or gifting issues. Choose your measurements carefully before checkout.
If a parcel reaches you damaged, contact Viscose support within 24 hours with photos and your unboxing video. Valid factory issues will be repaired or remade—refunds are still not issued.
