Ground rules for purchasing limited 9 Clothing capsules hosted by Viscose.

Orders & Acceptance

All 9 Clothing orders placed through Viscose channels are reviewed for stock, payment confirmation, and regional eligibility before we issue a final acceptance mail or SMS.

  • Cart reservations expire if payment is incomplete.
  • Viscose may cancel suspicious or bulk orders.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in INR, inclusive of GST unless noted. Customers are responsible for accurate payment references so the Viscose finance team can match deposits to orders.

  • Payment failures must be retried within 30 minutes.
  • Any bank charges are borne by the buyer.

Product Responsibility

Each 9 Clothing release is inspected before dispatch. Your responsibility begins once the logistics partner records a delivered status at the address you supplied.

  • Size guides are published before every drop.
  • Damage claims must include unboxing proof within 24 hours.

Use Of Content

Campaign visuals, copy, and logos tied to 9 Clothing under Viscose remain our intellectual property. Collaborators may only reuse assets after written approval.
